Who is The Intention Code for?

How does The Intention Code work?
The program is delivered over 11 weeks* and includes a mix of live virtual sessions, interactive exercises, and 3 individual mentoring/coaching sessions. You’ll have access to a career blueprint that helps you move from uncertainty to clarity, plus a supportive community of like-minded leaders who are on the same journey.
*There are 2 programs only running in 2026:
Cohort #1: 18 February 2026 (8-9:30AM AEDT)
Cohort #2: 27 May 2026 (8-9:30AM AEST)
All live sessions are from 8am - 9:30am on Wednesdays Australian Eastern Time, or Tuesdays 1pm - 2:30pm USA Pacific Time (PST). The program runs in cycles of 3 weeks - i.e. first three live sessions then a week break, then the second three live sessions and a break and then the final three sessions. Coursework is required to be completed in between sessions. Coaching sessions are selected by each recipient and occur in the third session of each three-week cycle (and in the break weeks). Flexibility around coaching timeframes can also be accommodated if requested.
