Interview Series 1 - Kathryn Fagg

Kathryn is without a doubt one of the most highly respected leaders in Australia today. At 32 she asked the CEO of ANZ to commit to offering her a line role (managing a P&L) before she joined the organisation. Kathryn and I initially connected through sharing our common experience of receiving a Breast Cancer diagnosis at the peak of our corporate careers. Kathryn generously shares this, together with her straightforward advice on how to help yourself, why she is excited about her “Stellar 60s” and her view on the backlash against women on boards.
