At the time of this interview in 2022 Sally was the COO & CFO for Culture Amp, the world’s leading employee experience platform, with over 4,000 business customers in 47 countries. Her roles have included CEO of AMP Bank and CFO for Business & Personal banking at NAB. Sally serves as a Director of Rising (formerly the Melbourne International Arts Festival) and a Director for Chief Executive Women. Sally, like all of the amazing leaders in this series, also has her own inner voice of doubt. She has even named that voice. I loved this conversation.
